Irrelevant in most cases. Keypads for 4737 systems were not supposed to be installed where you can see the keypad, and EN50131 systems cannot show if they are armed or not.

This is true peter, but look at the picture its a outdated system, Its now a yale 2016 :D not the old 2000 :rolleyes:  HA HA HA HA

Haha, thanks for the comments ^_^ I just made it quickly haha, nice to know the system breaks two standards, 4737 and EN50131 it's a good idea to make it so you don't know if the system is set or not :D

4737 is the old standard withdrawn 2010 and theres a few more than two standards

I see, I always wondered why alarms didn't say whether they were set o not, what about ADE alarms with the 'Day' light? That indicates if the alarm is set or not

Doesn't the day light on the new ones go out after 30secs or so?

The Day light stays on, to tell you that the system is unset, when it's off, the alarm is set

All panels/keypads afaik did this before the standards changed, it was more about not been able to see it from outside the protected area.
