Texecom normal app works fine if you know what your doing. Connect is a separate thing no "relaunch". Enforcer and Powermaster are similar. If you like PnP, Powermaster is pretty much enter a couple of codes from memory.

Saw the Aiphone rep today and had a demo of IX, IS, JP, LEF etc Loads of interesting solutions and definitely something that will do the job. Actually there are almost too many solutions to choose from, it’s going to be a headache! Thanks to Datadiffusion for the tip for Aiphone.

Yeah I fully understand not airing dirty laundry but iv not mentioned the company or the site where the work was. And the cable was in a public area so plenty of people have probably seen it. And if someone from my company stumbles across this hopefully they will be more outraged at the fact that this standard of work could be carried out on a site which is part of our biggest contract by a senior employee. Reputations take years to build and when people see shoddy work they don't think that was Dave and Bob who fitted that, they think that was X COMPANY who fitted that.

Peter I haven't knocked approved companies. I have merely stated that the work was carried out by a approved company. Which is a fact. Regardless of what you say about one side to the story i know factually that the cable was run In a few months ago and that was the finished article. No return visit planned. The customer was told that there was no other route which isn't the case. There are not lots of problems within the company like you assume just the odd few which I'm sure every company experiences. I'm not biased. If I would come on and report poor workmanship from another company then I do not feel my company should be exempt.

As above, high isn't usually a good thing for recognition; it's often a typical sign of a DIY domestic setup TBH.
