You could flash the software , but unlikely your going to be able to do it yourself I assume panel was cheap, and what your protecting isn't worth much?2 points

Ebay and ADT Visonic... it's like groundhound day... You didn't find an ex-ADT engineer to fit it then? I don't see why ADT would distribute firmware they are designed to be locked down for ADT.1 point
