  2. Cheeky i don't normally post in public but you have driven me too it. PM me your number I will call you tomorrow. There is no issue with our systems and I can assure you they work.
  3. No still the same protocol as far as I am aware, pretty sure its works with any panel that natively supports the ComIP which i think was version 7, it may have been earlier
  4. No new hardware required, the rest covered by the other guys. Should work on older panels as well, that's part of the testing, the IP protocol has not changed since introduction so i think it will work on Premier panels back to V7, maybe earlier.
  5. It can do it through Montex, but its not the slickest solution by any means. We are currently testing internally a new version of the apps with push notification, should be available early next year.

  7. We like trouble at BSIA, I and others like a bit of disruption, make for interesting meetings, and gets things done, the old ways have to change, and so do the people involved the EU is going to stop all this national requirements nonsense and I for one fully support it
  8. Nothing to do with ACPO, BS8243 was mainly written by installers & inspectorates, we have always had code and fob as an option as it is more secure. If you want to get involved join the BSIA and get your voice heard.

TBH for us it is great, we deal all over the world now, and IFSEC is cheaper to meet all of our overseas customers than getting on aeroplanes, and most of them come over, I like it to put faces to names like I did with some of the guys on here a couple of years ago, so come on guys, last IFSEC in Brum get your buts down to our stand and grab a free beer.

    Maintex is an Automatic maintenance programme for Texecom Premier & Premier Elite series control panels. Requires Wintex 6.00 Build 18 New Features 2-Call Answer Phone defeat support added. Emizon - Requires latest Emizon UDL Client. WebWayOne support added. Account details can now be edited from Maintex. Allow a comma in telephone number for a PABX Pause. Keypad Maintenance Message can now be disabled. All Wintex fields added. Database updated to include new fields. Auto Monitoring schedule added. Bug Fixes Inbound commission/Maintenance via PSTN now works. Monitor button now visible after a PSTN Call PC-Com/USB-Com now disconnects properly.
