  1. Check the safety devices also, possibly one of those, I personally would get a gate co in for liability reasons when his car/wife/kid gets trapped in it.

  11. you still need a programming rkp, so not much point.
  12. Unless you have a programming keypad you will not be able to use the panel, there is no service timer on these so there may be a fault elsewhere. Bullet proof panels but disliked by engineers for some reason, as Mr H says you will need to install new.
  13. The installer should be able to alter this parameter in the programming menu.
  14. probably a heater dragging it down then as it's been mild lately.
