  1. You need a key for the zone omit unit above. Once you have it omit the zone (it will buzz) open the safe, close the safe and un-omit the zone.

  20. Sounds like a cable issue, I'd put it on a short lead and see if it continues, or swap keypads to see if it follows the keypad or cable.
