4 bolts through the chassis, iirc the instructions never even gave a torque rating. How many reports of fatalities due to a non approved installation? -

I've fitted 2 one to a new Scenic the wife had and one to a vectra estate I had. Once the trim and bumper was off, as you say, very easy in kit form. -
