Peoples pricing is nobody else business imo, they may not need to earn much dependant on their needs/lifestyle/commitments.

    Hello and welcome
  10. Perhaps you could offset the cost against the freebie offer of pentesting and free evaluation?
  11. Hello and welcome.
  12. End users don't care about 2 of those 3 and the third they get used to. iirc to set the brother in laws you pressed 2 buttons, (running man and 1 or 0) doesn't get much easier than that.
  13. If it's served him well for 15yrs I'd say that it is (putting aside my personal thoughts on Pyronix) brother in law had a Pyronix panel in his house for c20 yrs up to moving, again that's done it's job imo. I'd look at the Texecom range btw.
  14. Lack of volume would be a problem imo, same with any security platform.
  15. What happens to it if you die?
  16. I'd word it as more of "an organic role where no two days are the same, offering fantastic opportunities to showcase your organisational skills"....
  17. And rightly so Gave him some wonga for his time
  18. Probs bunged him.
  19. Whilst the company is bang out of order the engineers loyalties are misplaced imo.
  20. An ex engineer I used to work with used to rout the boards when they posed a problem... probably quicker to lift or fish.
  21. Had an aquisition in my old patch that did loads of this, tbf they often spotted a 20mm hole in the boards and tucked it down there, every older system had loads of internal doors and mats usually on the 3rd step and near the lounge windows. Looked after loads of 20-25 year old (then) systems.

  23. Same range, I was thinking of this one...
  24. Looking at the rkp I'd have said the same (I know it's not now), very reminiscent of the 1070 or whatever it was called.
