  1. Hard if at all possible for them to come to you because the customer could't afford it, the franchise should still be credit checking the work you bring in, once it's signed over it's their issue.
  2. " but the stuff I buy I expect to be used, a second, or not made that well in the first place, its that sort of place, the sort of place you look for bargains and sometimes your lucky if you know what your buying " erm, you do know you can filter new items? These are no different to buying elsewhere online. Prior to Amazon (prime) I've bought lots of branded things on e-bay without issue, even now I still use it regularly.
  3. Subbys in the civil engineering industry (digging holes and fixing water leaks) charge between £350-£400 per day ffs, where did it all go wrong?
  4. That's the customer button, it keeps them in the dark and feeds them ********... Obvs..
  5. In answer to PJ I think the only reason there is cheap (often dangerous) tat for sale is there is a market for it, we are all guilty of driving prices down but are first to moan at the quality.
  6. I'm a big advocate of buy cheap, buy twice. That said dependant on the product I sometimes only need to buy cheap.
  7. Study to garage door contact needs to be on the opening side, but I assume it's for illustration only?
  8. I imagine so, how long were you 'in' the industry?
  9. Why not combine with a covert PIR module in the top and bottom step to switch on for a pre set time?
  10. Yes, this has horrendous squared off rubber bumps, guaranteed to knock your tracking out. They have removed a lot of speed bumps round here and where my mother lives they are 3 abreast in the road so all the mongs drive like they are pissed, does absolutely fa for safety.
