    I've had a couple of Plano cases, great for service work Still have this CK one, excellent but get's heavy.. Side-cutters I use Knippex and Bhaco, (I have some small'ish Knippex ones I've had nearly 20 years)

    Working live isn't illegal, but for the sake of not turning off a server may be frowned upon. Best way imo is leave the spur to the customer.
