I know and very difficult to judge without the full picture so to speak, but not a good means of access through a window. Again common sense needs to play a bigger part imo but balanced with risk and likely hood obv.

I would genuinely say from my experience, yes, certainly nowadays. I think I would speak for all national and responsible co's when I say that's a big no-no, would you get paid if you fell or ssp, worth falling for a £200pa maint contract? ask your family see what they say.

Shouldn't be booking calls for you before 12 if you are on call prev night (I say shouldn't..) Then they are wrong and you need to look elsewhere for someone who values your wellbeing and safety, duty of care and all that.

Man up you fannyNice story.Damn those 6 year old links!you still need a programming rkp, so not much point.Unless you have a programming keypad you will not be able to use the panel, there is no service timer on these so there may be a fault elsewhere. Bullet proof panels but disliked by engineers for some reason, as Mr H says you will need to install new.The installer should be able to alter this parameter in the programming menu.probably a heater dragging it down then as it's been mild lately.need to be careful then, you're self employed.
Looks just like a big PS3 simulator.
