Fitted correctly they are bullet proof. If you wish to default use setting - "CLEAN START" from the engineering menu However, lets start with the very basics ? Loosen the 2 screen under the panels back plate so you can hang the front panel underneath. Is the ribbon from l/O pcd fitted correctly? Have you +12v & com on DC voltage with multi meter ? Remove the trigger for MB or EWD & touch it to com your device should sound? Yes = programming issue(s) No= fuse of wiring issues

They normally sell stuff rather than have any idea to fit stuff The common is a - for all stuff on the pc

Local to me there's one on a "Jewellers", They must be uninsured as there will be a requirement to have a proper graded alarm holding a police URN to Intruder & Hold Up for the insurer to provide cover ? The control panels do odd things with age, defaulting & reprogramming can cure it (for a while) Alarm panels ain't consumer products, the manufactures are quite modest setups without the resources to support the end user, stuff like apps are under developed as they provide little or no income Alarm system aimed at the DIY market... lets say I'd rather have herpes than a Yale or ERA or whatever... alarm

Trust Pilot ? the internet was designed for angry rants & calling people a cnut... You probably don't have a maintenance contract, You don't have proper signalling, Your a domestic property Plucking £100+ out of the air for an annual charge, there not much profit in it to send a man in van & run office to book the job & get paid...
