well.... Texecom radio stuff is almost as bad as Risco
Start deleting & changing devices & you soon find the menus are all over the place & far from logical
Product knowledge....
You either find someone to local to work with your alarm (ring risco & ask them for local firm?)
Fanny about with it yourself, (i'm finding life is too short for DIY)
Bin it off & get a new one
unless you've shagged the sensors by putting in the battery the wrong way round....
A competent person who's experienced l with the product is what you need,
If you have the eng code / the pcb is unlocked, is an easy job..... if you know the product
if the building is open to the elements, wired external beams,
which probably means your ebay stuff needs relocating to a skip
you also should be looking to contact all the doors
any wiring needs to be protected for the birds
if the ariel is for the alarm I can't why it would'nt have gone in the sounder ?
if the Cctv wires are temp, a couple of metal clip would have been nice....
