  1. place into eng, open lid remove battery lead if system remains powered try a replacement battery if not its fuse /transformer ect...

  7. rather than a large display keypad with 16 ohm speaker which does all the tone (set/ unset, chime ect...) you have a small display keypad with a "speaker" connected to the programmable output ?

  14. Having seen a 24 fitted into a 48.. & a 48 fitted into a 24 poly I think you be best changing the cabinet
