the pizeo is replaceable, your installer should be able to replace for a few quid + the visit the current version of the controls supports the existing devices

I saw Mayfair's address for the co. on the internet, There appear to be lots of sole trader's but very few small co's at the moment

There's not great deal of choice in the market place for alarm controls- Texecom, Pyronix, Honeywell Galaxy, Eaton ,HKC ? Will all be ballpark the same sort of money what you want or whats on been offered at discount doesn't really matter as an installer whats 100's / 1000's of the same kit....

no it ain't... the document is the manufactures copywrite, yrs ago there was legal hoo-ha over TSI having engineer manuals on line or linking to engineering manuals which is why I removed your links buy a dog....
