  2. so, a reflex pir on average house alarm circuit will read around 20Ω measured at the controls. whats on these problem system eg - 3 keypads, 2 external sounder sounders, 7 pirs, 4 door contact a PA button & sound bomb ? you sealed the hole in the pir case & where the cable enters cable come though the hole ? you measure induced ac ? these reflexes on brackets or screwed to the wall, how many screws are you using.... whats day / alarm current ?

  7. iirc 4 for data + 2 for power if you only have 4 you'll need to power locally

    if the chip is in a socket you may be able to replace it if soldered to the board, default the system & reprogram, decent battery & 1313 may help if your break it completely there probably another pcb on fleabay

  18. easier still... remove tamper return in control panel, touch it onto he bell triger bell should ring...

  24. Texecom connect ? If the house is high end, & the requirement is for a proper fire alarm signalling via an intruder alarm isn't good eneough
  25. you doing a wanky "grand design" project ? I'd assume you need either need mains powered interlink smoke detectors or bs 5839 pt1 fire alarm normally somebody with an understanding of construction & buildings regulations like a competent architect would have advised or taken advice on whats required ?
