  1. Change battery aswell
  2. You can yes but , straight forward GSM inputs won't give you much detail if that's the case go for advent controls they have a GSM unit with 8inouts I think and is fairly cheap or a Chinese one which gives a little of both I send you a link for latter later
  3. What about a convertor , contact id to SMS ? I assume you can get that part to work
  4. Hiwatch by hikvision What you will be upgrading to
  5. Cool never seen that before everyone's at it lol Except who? But the scanny looks like it's in Yale box don't you think? And it's not an ion is it?
  6. No ion doesn't have built in keypad Lol
  7. Possibly , I remember something has to be done but then someone else said there was room for a csl mini somehow so there is some fiddling Especially when you flip the front off still not held together by much surprised they don't hinge the panel the Muppets Q70 better by far And texecom and scanny don't do a small all in one panel meaning newer version , do they?
  8. Enforcer has a card for wiring bell box Although not sure if a WiFi card and the bellbox card can both go in same time
  9. Ok thanks I don't know these panels just guessing
  10. Is there a baud rate setting when your using direct connection?
  11. You still a remaniac or did that convince you to leave Brighton
  12. He means overall what's best , and is correct However send a picture of your bell inside and out And your control panel inside and out Then our yellow friend can list a sounder with free post for you that should work
  13. Could be polish some of them speak better England should than me
  14. Old rubbish yes , change batteries often Poor setup leads to wireless bells going off often resulting in bells needing batteries to often , although poorly trained users can do this to but less so Nest has also a paid for option atleast it does in the u.s and will have e that here to from what I know I think enforcer is best option for a fixed alarm system for diyers although the bell tamper gets everyone lol But eventually you may need an installer for the cloud side , they give end user support though from what I have seen Others here might be enforcer experts who know more
  15. Old skool +1
  16. Lol, it might work better than others , this might effect the sale of the pyronix enforcer to diyers............ What is a proper alarm anyway these days ?
  17. Ok so choose a bell and yes you can Theoretically you only need the red and black if that's what's its doing to power the horn on trigger Tamper is another circuit which can be modified yes But any bell could work Photos?
  18. You done anything I said then? Or ignored what anyone is writing?
  19. Lol
  20. Default the router? Try another router ?
  21. Straight forward low security DIY dot com +12v -0v Bell is the trigger But your old panel needs to be seen to be sure how to connect it, assuming your panel output goes to zero or goes to 12v will depend on where you can connect a sounder to it You need the tamper blue and yellow that might be able to work across the zero volts and t connection but that's if you buy an up-to-date date bell Or just buy an electronic sounder to suit the power output and stick it the old box And then don't buy a new phone or service your car for a couple of years and save up to have a new alarm fitted or buy a new alarm to be fitted and come back here and get help how to replace it possibly Make sense?
  22. You got keyholder , police or remaniac response?
