  1. Out of curiosity Swap the strobe- and bell- wires at the panel only , do same test you said you did and what is the difference? As swb said maybe tampers not closed or some panels require a resistor on the tamper circuit , I don't know this panel either Ps you sure it's not aG6 bellbox?
  2. Cable fault ? Or panel fault , have you tried disconnecting both keypads put the new keypad on the panel on short cable to see if it works ?
  3. Where you panel? eBay? amazon? Think they have returns policy if bits were missing , maybe it was used panel , although resistors are cheap and programming them out is easier

    Hi!

Lock car ( common now to try all cars until they find some open, easier than breaking windows these days) And put chain on door each night will help

    Hi!

Day time front door access seems the way to go for allot of intruders these days because most don't double lock or Chubb lock there doors or have week door frames which kick in , or a silly door panel bottom half that kicks in

    Hi!

Timed lighting is good , although you can buy wall switches to do this Lock internal doors and avoid complete open plan , even with an alarm some will run round to try and grab what they can Some police say avoid locking doors as they break the frames and damage the doors , but that's not true if you have a decent alarm with internal Sounders , which a burglar doesn't want to stay around for long Apart from that , alarm is better than cameras , and light switching is good , have someone do your bin bags if your away and so on Also external security lights are 50/50 , but if they were linked to an alarm which flashed all of them also scares them lol
