    Yes existing devices should work Old firmware won't matter on a DIY install you can find that some versions of other hardware might be compatible But then again check the board thorough he has to take it back within 14days if anything wrong with it

    Cat5e outdoor but buy copper not CCA or you will regret it Ps the hik doorbell try and connect it on a channel first temporarily before buying or running cables so you don't waste your time if that makes sense, of it works all well then get they 8way etc

    Perhaps give more info Do you mean you installed it yourself or someone installed used am engineer code and then left Why do you want to reset default system if it's just been installed?

    What router do you have ? Default the router to factory settings and default the doorbell and try again If you can't get passed the WiFi issue try taking the doorbell elsewhere ms try it on another WiFi router , just so you can narrow down where the problem is Also did you buy this new or used? I would see if the device needs an update of firmware but be difficult if it's not connecting .....

    Mine is similar but also has the TDR and DVM built in

    Better to move away from honeywell , for DIY texecom and pyronix both sell all there higher end equipment to public at the moment so better of with that perhaps
