If you were a thief probably true , get distracted by what in the freezer to eat But then you probably want the enforcer to

Most thieves grab and run Ana alarm internal sounder is probably more important than external in my view The noise will hurry them up somewhat and usually don't stick around for long , so damage limitation

No because even if you silence the panel There's no garuntee you won't trigger the bell with a low battery and not being able to stop the external bell siren If you had a handy man who knows basic electric he could probably butcher it off cheaper but probably you won't be able to use it again

App prices vary but near enough Depending on where your external siren is you need to know how to open that aswell Open all detectors Open main panel and disconnect battery You need to be careful of mains electric

Good price Short term take all batteries out and turn of the alarm completely yourself Or ask them for a price for decommissioning probably the same tho
  8. So what area are you in and we could perhaps find an engineer for you
  9. If you know engineer code then you can do this and check menus But if you don't have it ask you installer to do it for you, the benefits of the installer and paying him will put weigh the cost and headache And if installer has disappeared there's plenty more who can work on this panel
  10. In the engineer settings there should be option for silent set
  11. Front door sensor will have a small switch spring to show the contact has closed , probably you didn't close it properly or perhaps broke or dropped the spring or something along those lines
  12. Do you mean when you press the keypad it takes time to acknowledge the keypress ?
  13. Yo welcome JW will have to remove his surname now
  14. Send enough messages in order to enable private messaging Although if that's not the setting here , not sure who wants to take over verisure
  15. Look at the cylinder there is an arrow pointer , needs to be pointing up, unless you magnets are to far away
  16. I think you have used the wrong manual as there are three manuals for these panels in general and perhaps you followed the defaulting of the panel by mistake Possibly
  17. Please wait ? The codes are usually easy to default if there's nothing wrong with the panel
  18. You probably need a 3mm aswell But using in impact? I personally think expensive way to do it , I assume you have speed adjust on your impact and if not using a clip on chuck then using the more expensive drill bits with built on shaft
  19. Fuse inside panel on PCB blown? Although maybe it's dead
  20. Yes once power is done just install switch there and it will probably work
  21. Ideally get power that end , if you can follow the existing cable with power cable of appropriate type
  22. This makes sense why your so confused, wrong trade....
  23. Ok but you don't have to use the fault
