Y you need ethernet when you can connect to the panel I suppose you could download the info as this is not normally blocked unless password changed as Mr galaxy has said in past , then default anyway and upload back again

Who did you ask? Rep says same as what hkc said , keep it with installers , keep it like a premium panel, although hkc sell to other suppliers who inturn also sell to sparkies or anyone who has account with them
