It's part of the investment if your serious and if you choose to switch to a company, the course may help you especially if it was out of your own pocket Although i would definitely do a basic electronics course along the way , it will give a little more understanding rather than having to gain it all through practice if that make sense , very good for fault finding

  12. So what page of the manual did you read if you can't find it through the menus , i don't use this panel , but it wasn't hard to find in manual Look at manual and follow menus

  18. You need to change the polarity possibly triggers On the dialler
  19. Forget inh for now , ip1 to neg bell trigger
  20. Just connect ip1 to the bell trigger for now and Neg and pos to -ve and +ve

  22. As Mr Willis Just bashing , Have you entered details into the digi section to call arc? Some of those settings are not for speech / sms dialling if that makes sense
