  1. Thought you lot were?
  2. Competent diyers probably could struggle through it like texecom panels but will get stuck when you need to buy anything for it, pyronix readily available , visonic even more so since adt bought them and plenty of stock floating about don't you think? So easy for diyer
  3. No forgot , maybe pyronix for diy or visonic Why is any panel not diy?
  4. Texecom because most won't be able to programme it lol Other to diyers in it hardcore Recommend hkc myself......
  5. It's fun when hanging off the wall to do anything would be nice to have it hinged perhaps Few I have seen all sound together never separated as you say
  6. So had nothing to do with what you originally said
  7. Model of alarm ? And pir ? Do a few posts so you can upload pictures But could be you need master or engineer reset, or you dropped a spring , or tamper broken etc
  8. Doh I never noticed but then never needed to use it on them either , simple house bashing
  9. Tough book is great, throw in , throw something on top keeps going, used one though , new quite expensive
  10. He means get an alarm engineer to help, (approved lol) as you say occupational hazard , but sometimes leads to problems you can't normally solve So if it's an engineer reset then you are stuck , it may require code reset reprogramme and so on Thing is if you have it fixed then you should also charge the customer for its reset , as you only want someone to clear tamper and put it back how it was , customer might get cheeky and say we will use it then As above its an expander issue so you havnt worked it out correctly , opening more covers on an old systay make matters worse
  11. Is it faulty? Looks handy kit
  12. Must be G , he been on fire long time and can't rember galaxy
  13. Exit engineer and use default manager code , rules say I can't tell you that but isn't hard to find
  14. Or in 51 look for reset manager code then use default manager code to set users up
  15. You need galaxy user lol Does menu 51.17 have a defaulting option ?
  16. Have you tried default user codes? As you got the default engineer code I assume , or it was given to you so you should have a managers / user code
  17. Use user code So you got this hooked up to your room and experimenting?
  18. Ov to the tamper Although new bel might not solve your problem , example if you bypass the bell tamper , then get a new bell reconnect cable and you still have a bell tamper then what? Maybe you need something else apart from a bell
  19. Get yourself a budget of £2.5k for Cctv and around £1200 for your alarm All depends what you value everything at
  20. Very common, not sure why though
