  22. Because the bell isn't a trigger type You would need a relay for this , so the panel needs to trigger the relay and power provided to the bell via +and-. The two t terminals probably just a tamper switch How ever if you look at the panel manual and buy a speaker instead it will work better for you and put on speaker terminal , don't however put this bell on the speaker output
