  1. Time for you to read up on the manufacturers websites perhaps do a comparison
  2. Wireless sensor for example fixed to doors and windows activate in vibration Simply put if Mr H comes round with a sledge and wacks your window , providing you setup the detector correctly it should activate the alarm Shock sensor / vibration sensor
  3. Just put anti snap locks in and shocks on the doors and windows But your budget needs to be bigger
  4. I'd say long run texecom will give you more head ache as a diyer , the deeper you go, visonic menu is messed up but does a job , enforcer might still be slightly ahead for setting up Visonic for diy then
  5. Try the enforcer , I don't install it but I hear it's a great diy panel also installed by professionals .…..
  6. OK look how to set it up and what the pot does adjusts microwave
  7. You still need to setup it's range , little grey pot top left , where is the sensor being located in kitchen? Did you get instructions with it?
  8. What's using got to do with it? As it says where guarding is permanent? Then licence required, I don't know allot about mind you
  9. How did you ascertain by simply taking it off test its fine? Maybe it's intermittent
  10. Come on man we are cheap as chips and fast at blowing fuses man
  11. Is it on your door step and as above half day ?
  12. Come on man harry moss was da business then
  13. Many hallways have windows so good to have pir , or double fronted doors with glass either side, again hallway pirs are good, not much use otherwise as above and above except good reminder But then if zones are set for access in part set then wouldn't matter as another zone would remind you What's the crack with part set and zones being switched to timed access is there any issue with compliance and all that shabang What you saying monkeys?
  14. 1.6hdi are underpowered and poor engines , although the 2.0 do suffer from leaking pumps
  15. You get the leads with the lexia or just software ? It can be funny Wdt where you get 1200bar from?
  16. I got a small refurb to do on the side, Mr H gives good motivation these builders make a killing, might fix a boiler if I get time And some house bashing of course
  17. Actually there's a few here from Brighton aswell , maybe they need work, definitely keep an eye in them though!!!
  18. There's a texecom expert on here somewhere , might be looking for work , but you need to keep an eye on him , he's in your area
  19. Have you bought the kit yet? Otherwise it doesn't seem to mention what it is, some are 24v some are 12v , buy the kit then work out what supply you need as it will be on the supplied power pack or use a meter
  20. Hi Slow weeks we do plumbing , decorating , etc , Mr H can give you training if he hasn't got much to do
  21. Open Ltd company from start, won't cost much over the year nsi or saaib only if you want to do urn's, ssaib being easier to get , as suggested by others you need a buddy company for call out, or a buddy company to accept your installs and take the maintenance on for ones that need a urn, I seen a few doing that here Redcare less demand? Webway etc all easy to set up Yes money is the whole point, but you will find it difficult as a house basher lol, but it's the urn side that gets you stuck otherwise plenty will take maintenance on with keyholder only and as above buddy to take your urn requests but you need a good mate for that Anyhow alarm men will be here soon with better advise
  22. It's tough , especially going against alarm men, but if you got some stash and can survive atleast a year on low wages then carry on with low wages after that haha, nothing beats being your own boss , don't let money be the motivation, love the job!
  23. Your not to check the speed signs are correct?
