For the dialler Connect the +13v To + - 0v to - B to tr1 (b Aslong as it's the negative bell trigger) This is simplest way D BELL is the plus + hold off so don't get confused by that or AMP lol

Plenty of installers , maybe panel is blocked hence defaulting won't work and you must get an installer who either knows how or install a new panel
