  1. Yes because most diallers will use a neg or pos trigger I don't know your panel but does it support dtmf contactID ? Otherwise stick to a standard gsm unit Positive , negative , bell trigger to input of gsm unit will do it
  2. Ah OK so you inspect the duct routes, I was made redundant years ago and got a job tracing duct routes was nice in the summer
  3. Any gsm dialler , but better get a monthly SIm deal , and then again to get good use of it change the panel so you can get full notifications , otherwise you have keep an eye on a payasyou go chip
  4. Leisure battery might be better , will last longer don't you think
  5. Low door heights I have seen plates built into the frame , nice job to, I would have thought you need a bit of experience for that

  7. Try reinstalling the graphics drivers , I always found that getting the graphic cards drivers from its manufacturer is better and Upto date and other versions are available Only if its a graphic problem
  8. Easiest thing is the bell trigger to the dialler input 1 Just make sure trigger is setup on dialler correctly ie neg trigger

  12. Sounds as though you wired the phone dialler or programmed it incorrectly who knows , sounds like allot of guessing Do one thing at a time
  13. Geezer it won't last Option1 strip out the bellbox and buy a flashing led kit with battery pack Option2 drill hole through wall use power adapter to power leds in stripped out bellbox What your doing as said above won't last
  14. No battery shouldnt make difference, although faulty batteries can damage the panel You do realise test is just an approx 5sec burst and it will change when you take that off?
  15. Anyway you can get a mains adaptor to power it from where you have mounted? Or as above easier to buy dummy bell led kits etc
  16. What connection have you made? Example strobe to -strobe etc Also take the bellbox down and wire it up next to the panel , it may help in you working out what you have done wrong , still possible its faulty of course
  17. Is your multimeter turn dial and you switched it round amps dc to measure current? How did you have leads connected when doing this You check any fuses?

  19. Well charge some extras ? Get contract with not everything included in small print, or they don't work that way?
  20. Adt will have add ons in reckon base contract must be cheaper to get foot in door
  21. If you have other income , don't bother with lower end kit , no point, otherwise that's all you will get ie type of customer , you want those who want premium goods
