    For diy it does a job, not sure if I would have it to show all events though as the call cost will be big!

    Never used this panel, but pgms are your outputs yes? As in optional outputs and the provided the zone is programmed as a panic should work regardless of the pgm output? Can you not put each button on its own zone? Easier to identify then

    So just to try it, temporarily make it a dmz and it should send all traffic there , then that would show you havnt set the port forwarding correctly

    Ie hkc uses data bus pirs, positive, negative and data core You can star it in any direction, loop it as long as the third data core is connected That word keeps popping up "hkc"

    I didn't realise! I hope hkc stays trade only it's a big plus when selling it over other panels, every other system baring one or two others everyone can buy it

    If adt don't want it, then decide what you want to do, but minimum is to report it, and get all clear perhaps from adt, perhaps they may just say no we don't want it back Don't see why you can't carry on after you get some clarity , panel could have a fault sold as new, but may just do what you want it to do And your experimenting anyway

    Open case eBay, but you can't return panel though pending investigation of who owns it , maybe adt will say keep it just tell us who sold it to you
