Apart from that I don't remember 9448 using resistors anyway but might be me, thought it was a global tamper , old scrap panel needs to go anyway
So where are your pictures?
Your only using one pair for alarm and tamper if your using eol
There must be another reason the resistors are in the panel and not in the detectors , maybe short cut when last panel change took place
Most thieves grab and run
Ana alarm internal sounder is probably more important than external in my view
The noise will hurry them up somewhat and usually don't stick around for long , so damage limitation
No because even if you silence the panel
There's no garuntee you won't trigger the bell with a low battery and not being able to stop the external bell siren
If you had a handy man who knows basic electric he could probably butcher it off cheaper but probably you won't be able to use it again
App prices vary but near enough
Depending on where your external siren is you need to know how to open that aswell
Open all detectors
Open main panel and disconnect battery
You need to be careful of mains electric
Good price
Short term take all batteries out and turn of the alarm completely yourself
Or ask them for a price for decommissioning probably the same tho
If you know engineer code then you can do this and check menus
But if you don't have it ask you installer to do it for you, the benefits of the installer and paying him will put weigh the cost and headache
And if installer has disappeared there's plenty more who can work on this panel
Front door sensor will have a small switch spring to show the contact has closed , probably you didn't close it properly or perhaps broke or dropped the spring or something along those lines
