    Well there's loads of old parts marked adt on eBay so as long as your security is just a DIY thing ,and not protecting much of value to you , should be all good

    If wiring correct There's a screw near tamper switch , or you saw it in packet and didn't put it in , that will help push switch if surface behind wasn't even You don't need to remove bell , just put screw in and turn it to adjust switch slightly and you will here the switch close quicker when cover is pressed down Assuming it's this , but it is normally the problem

    Veritas will be difficult even the electrician's can't do them fully Start with Honeywell g4 - 9651 - galaxy g2-12 - then dive into a dimension on left hand and premier elite in right at same time

    If you don't use it, a d don't think you need security , switch it all off end of story I assume you didn't have it installed and was already there , cats or no cats alarms can work with pets if make adjustments All depends on how much you want to spend on it and wether you think yourselves or anything in the house worth having some kind of protection

    On a side the galaxy dimension panel wasn't made for the diyer Lack of information is more about lack of knowledge, training and experience So other panels you will find same situation where you don't know what it can and can't do

    The versions are upgraded for development and sometimes correcting earlier glitches Version 7 example was superseded within week I think and so on Firmware easy to do , just buy it on a stick or if you can get the files there are other ways

    Maybe the cable at conservatory has been damaged and now shorting out the supply So if fuse is ok possible panel damaged , but that won't resolve the issue replacing panel if cable still has a problem

    Where did you get bell? Is bell tamper closed? Does bell have jumpers you can take picture of Actually I see the jumpers

    That's the first move to try make sure your bell is working But wouldn't the bell wait for the tamper to close and he's forgetting that?

    Bell and strobe would be tied together into the normally open side of the relay , then common relay to 0v , I think lol The tamper you need to for now ground it in the bell if it allows so it ignores it , I think lol

    Seems as though you can't programme as above So you need to use 0v +12v Then the relay for the bell trigger , which drops bell trigger to 0v when siren goes The tamper could be used on a zone in defence mode , look at page 11 , although not a tamper it can act as a 24hr armed zone , but you would have to mess around to make it work
