I think your better off with a pyronix enforcer , probably a good DIY choice with ability to take on an installer in the future if needed for cloud etc

Electrician is cheap hence why employed most of the time for alarm install
Texecom , deltabell, hkc box and others all better design and all have there quirks I don't like the old texe screw caps they all break or disintegrate
Standard problem with the ag6 with no eave protection or just when weather hits it
But then I have seen incorrect cabling , water trickles behind box , onto cable which trickles onto the PCB board on the ag6 , needs to be looped down out of the way really

Wouldn't be surprised if something is damaged when you changed battery I have come across a number of these with damaged plastics and PCB battery connection and so on
Maybe need new bell but scrap this panel if you can and get something better
I think everyone does there own thing for cable management some boxes are to small
Even the large galaxy dimension doesn't have everything in the right place
