You won't want to pay £25onth it seems
Electrician is cheap hence why employed most of the time for alarm install
Texecom , deltabell, hkc box and others all better design and all have there quirks I don't like the old texe screw caps they all break or disintegrate
Standard problem with the ag6 with no eave protection or just when weather hits it
But then I have seen incorrect cabling , water trickles behind box , onto cable which trickles onto the PCB board on the ag6 , needs to be looped down out of the way really

not sure if he is close to you
Wouldn't be surprised if something is damaged when you changed battery I have come across a number of these with damaged plastics and PCB battery connection and so on
Maybe need new bell but scrap this panel if you can and get something better
I think everyone does there own thing for cable management some boxes are to small
Even the large galaxy dimension doesn't have everything in the right place
Although installers will fit your kit , it's not there problem if it doesn't work or doesn't do everything you expected
Most buy there own kit to make it cheaper, but you won't get cheap support after its in , and reading what your saying seems you going to DIY it sooner or later
I don't fit hik
It's it's DIY the above can be recommended by any dealer of hikvision
Otherwise get a new installer but expect to pay more for it he may be able to get you something better
If you can afford it get a dual nic NVR that will solve any bandwidth issues mostly
An great points here , good to look into for matching a monitor
