You need the expander but fitted close as possible to the garage and maybe another in the garage

To start with Swap one keypad with one of the others without changing the address, do it pulling off the plug rather than undoing the wiring Did the fault move with the keypad? Or does it start working?

Maybe give more detail and pictures , and what do you mean new from Honeywell? Are you connected to line 1? , as above keypad address although default it should have worked

But realistically if you know where the controller connections are you can connect to it to open the gate , like if there was a push to exit

If you unregistered all the devices you must have got into installer mode Why not try factory codes now? This forum doesn't allow giving out of default methods and codes and so on

Yeah all had the touch screen keypad , replacing battery solved problem in some but not for long

Unlikely, if weak WiFi it's not impossible, and remember it's a friend of yours, which you don't live with I say that because usually when you ask lots of questions and try and fault find what someone says , it's not always what they originally said, which misleads what the real problem with audio might be, weak WiFi can cause audio loss, and even a device elsewhere could potentially interfere with audio when WiFi weak, possibly it's a coincidence

As above But battery can sometimes prematurely die , might be example in a loft where I seen them die quicker , or sometimes boiler room and so on Yes load test , try it But you might be running all wireless aswell?
