you dont do redcare,but i was on call the night the redcare network went down,that was fun,never used so many sa digis in one night,never known it go down since tho,but back on topic im talking individual stu's that go into fault service is second to none imo
not from my experience yes they answer 24/7 and yes they diagnose and fix 24/7 most faults are at the the exchange from what i see and are quickly fixed,why would you have to call back they give you a fault ref there and then and text you when its fixed
do csl still close at 5 tho,i carry a red secure for temp signalling,set up in less than 5 mins on radio only if needed ive still got my trusty sa scanny digi ive had for 10 yrs thats served me well if all else fails
the same way a co will track your work history if they do it properly,the quals thing wont happen without grandfather rights as you will end up with too many cases in the echr for breach of working rights it works in other sectors as they have had it for years this industry hasnt so to implement overnight so to speak wont work,they have to chose a date and after that you need xyz to work in it easy to set up but some want it one way,tho something probably has to be done before it ends up not an industry at all
