    I was talking takeovers,you say you default panel and reprog,fine if a 2 bed semi but a large commercial with no paperwork you've lost 3yrs maintenance money just putting it back to the way it was

    thats the correct way to do it,it could be a 2 zone panel or it could be a 200 zone panel,its not about the ability to crash and reprog or the cost

    im surprised,i know a lad who worked for a house bashing co doing installs for major builders he was racking the money in doing 3 and 4 first and second fixes a day tho people would rather upgrade the kitchen than have an alarm i agree

    all these new build housing estates have a dedicated mcb from the db from what ive seen you pay extra for 1st fix and extra again it you want a system installed by the builder
