    I thought it was a published standard, But its mentioned in a post above about self certificate this is where the whole industry falls down.

    You will need to programme the outputs up first, Abacus have a strange thing when effected by power or crashed that the outputs all become 00 and this shows all sorts of strange faults including 6B split

    Seen one of ours on a list that a certain distributor / manufatory gives photocopies out to people, funny really as its a code we use for a subbie to put in to set a system up, then when we go to commission the site its changed. Not used that subbie since and will never use again as the trust has gone. And we know who it was as every subbie has there own code issued. Agree with that,

    And then you data line out is taken from the ethernet module ? Must be, as it doesnt work on remote buildings unless common the negs, may be as they are not on the same supply.

    we use mobotix, just reading your statement Cheap what are you comparing them with?

    Don't release anything until you have fully tested it, installers don't like beta testing for free And when you need to speak to tech support, the line "i have never heard of that before and you are the first with this problem" doesnt work either when installers use forums to talk about kit.

    Hi Dont think you will have a choice on that one. You would be best finding out what your insurance companies requirements are before you do anything.
