Swerve the free ones, anyone thats giving app for free has no motivation to get it working asap when it goes wrong, especially on a nice day like this.

It will be good when someone produces one of these doorbells that works like they do in the adverts. Maybe they will work better when we have 5g, but I somehow doubt it when they are useless on WiFi

Ive tried the hik and the ring and the cheap Chinese one found on ebay for £50. Non of them worked as advertised, I still have the Chinese one, it works for my purposes, rings, records on my driods, but it doesnt call my phone (the app drains my smartphone battery far too much) . All of them have poor connection and delays when the doorbells are connected, they are nothing like the TV adverts even when you are in the house on the same WiFi connection. The motion detect alarm goes off for no apparent reason even on the lowest setting.

Swap the zones in the panel too this will tell you if the fault is the panel, the contact, or cable

Have you logged in to your SSAIB and looked in there? I am sure that there is a list in the NSI website installer area, but I dont have the log in details to hand

Anyone else using 3cx? I a trying to get my PC to connect to my phone. I have the client working and I can make work calls from my mobi, but I would prefer to dial the phone from my pc

Have you tried switching it on and off again?

Its working okay except the external sounder doesnt work when the smoke detectors activate

If it reset okay last time then whats the problem ?

Did you check that fuse with a multimeter? It doesnt look blown to me. Check the batteries in your smoke detectors for the beeping
