  1. Assumed logged in via twitface or something?
  2. Surely it makes sense that if under warranty you contact the supplier first? For any item not just alarms.
  3. I doubt any professional installer has used or can give much advise on cheap kits like that. Beams I have used have adjustment for this sort of thing but I would expect them to detect any break in the beam especially at walking pace otherwise not FFP IMO.
  4. That would be my guess, Bell not in the same Area as the Zone. Also PIR's should be Auto, DT's are Hybrid.
  5. Slight frequency difference I believed.

  7. RX40 is Grade 2, would expect EX35 to be too but would have to check.
  8. This is what I am thinking. Tried marking it as a trusted site with IE too?
  9. If you have tried different locations as well then possibly faulty. Doesn't seem like expander is receiving data
  10. Power panel down, re-terminate connections in network terminals, power up panel, confirm devices.
  11. Two short "clicks" indicating walk test mode but no zones are active?
  12. There will be nothing left in 3 years, if it's anything like Nokia.
  13. I would be putting both in LC and SCB modes to reduce load on the panel. Without checking with a multimeter you have no way of knowing the system load and if the standby battery is adequate.
  14. You need to use 360 PIR's that are designed to connect to an intruder alarm system. Many manufacturers make 360's, from memory the most discrete being Scantronic 450, if they still make them.
  15. Keypad lock is built in to the keypad AFAIK. Maybe a button is stuck stopping you from unlocking it?
  16. There are companies listed here you can try. http://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/forum/268-uk-security-installers-by-regional-police-force/
  17. Never had a faulty Veritas in years of fitting them. I wouldn't rule it out, but I imagine programming issue or a tamper?
  18. Obviously we are talking people that are interested in this stuff. Many couldn't care
