  1. Images about 8 years out of date on the sections I looked at.
  2. I agree I would definitely drive the route again before doing anything.
  3. They all support NC, NO and EOL. The 24 was the first panel to have the wiring type option.
  4. http://www.corporacioncervesur.com/new.asp?sciencetech/article-3569789/So-smart-home-Researchers-reveal-major-security-flaws-Samsung-s-SmartThings-let-hackers-unlock-doors-set-alarms.html ? Can't find a UK link.
  5. Use View Zone Status to check the each zone at the panel with wire links, then take it from there. Are the zones programmed in? I would check the system with the RKP to rule out UDL issues, the config may not have uploaded for example. Premier are solid I wouldn't expect faulty kit, I imagine it's a programming thing. Especially if your not used to them.
  6. Do you know the Premier range at all? I imagine your issue is the zones are the wrong Wiring Type and need to be Normally Closed.
  7. It doesn't look like any NIP I have seen either. It is an offence to not provide information if you are issued with an NIP S173 If it's a company vehicle it is not your responsibility, until you receive an NIP in your name/address. Was it definitely you, plates can be sloten/copied. If your not sure you can request photographic evidence to confirm it was your car/you. Pepipoo is a good place to look for help.
  8. Well for starters I believe it is one way wireless. This means the device (your sensor) transmits a message with the hope it gets there (the panel), it may or may not. I also believed the encryption of the signals was either flawed or none existent on these DIY kits? One way is only suited for very very low risk, many installers refuse to install it at all.
  9. Frequency is only the transmission, security not related there.
  10. Yes, but the the system with have to be set to Timed Arming
  11. Every company should have a Rottweiler employed somewhere.
  12. Just noticed Dockers lost to Carlton, the difference from last year. ANZAC day games are normally a good watch especially The Clash.
  13. Damn, I forgot it was this weekend. That means I missed all the footy and NRL, I guess Collingwood/Essendon play tomorrow then?

  16. Optima is enough I just realised I missed this in your OP. It's a basic domestic system, most installers will be able to work on that. Battery in the controls needs replacing every 4 years or so, they will probably start there.
  17. If it's disarmed it's likely to be a tamper fault, can you get the installer to come and check it over?
  18. These signs have reappeared again. Looks like there website is down as "business has gone from strength to strength, thanks to our great clients, and we are currently upgrading our website" Maybe passing off as NSI approved is profitable...
  19. It would depend on the alarm, wouldn't fit spiky as standard and wouldn't normally used screened cable either
  20. The state of some of the roads at the moment, you can loose a small car down some pot holes.
  21. HD is the name generally used for 720p, 1080p and also 1440p but could be used for anything >480p UHD is the name currently used for video better than HD, most common is 2160p referred to as 4K
  22. H264 is just video compression it has nothing to do with HD or not.
