I still stand by my statement, you can't leave a customer waiting for a week with no follow up.

I agree, I read it as a statement not a dig at you personally!

They do not want your custom and don't really deserve it IMO. I would as mentioned, find an approved company (that use Premier preferably) to takeover and check the system. They can then correctly program the system for your needs.
