  18. Can't say I can see any difference between SDI,CVI or TVI to be honest even at 1080p (Don't think SDI does 4K- CVI and TVI do)
  19. Where are you looking for SDI ? I've found it's cheaper than TVI and CVI . SDI is a dead format and not many manufacturers are making cameras for it any more Id go CVI or IP
  20. Not sure where this lower resolutions on CVI is coming from I've fitted loads of 1080p cameras on HDCVI. SDI is just **** IMO
  21. I think cash was around £15k AM is above half the price. it will depend on what modules you go for etc. As with everything tho you'll med to spend time inputting all the data for it to work for you instead of against you we've had AM for about 3 months and it's still not right, missing stock etc
  22. FYI...Dahua is HD-CVI which is rate highly. id stay away from SDI as its a dead format and ive had nothing but issues with it- cameras dropping out on short cable runs, a 100m max limit without a booster the list goes on. CVI however will do over 100m on coax - 300m IIRC?? and more on cat 5 with balauns. TVI is hikvisions format, same as CVI , havent used it myself but know a few lads that do, cant say ive heard of any major issues, except with firmware on DVRS.
  23. it would depend on the panel but you could use the set output to switch a mains rated relay which would then energize the lighting circuit.
