Yeah I think most died simply because Scanny insisted "only they could change the batteries" as well!
Probably was mid 90s at most, although, were available as spares until a frighteningly late date, I swear I've a couple of 4000 series bits with 2002 manf. labels
Even the early 418Mhz stuff came and went since, let alone the 433Mhz and 816Mhz stuff!
Do you know, I've just read through (skim read) all the manuals inc. the camera itself (which only refers to it's own inbuilt CD card slot anyway) and I can't find a single thing about it now, other than where to find the slot on the PCB and what it does.
Even the guide for upgrading from SD card simply states 'insert card into your PC and copy the files across'
Camera recordings and upgrades (SD upgrade path is useful if you come across a really early one and want to jump firmwares without going around the houses)
FAT32 AFAIK
Funny enough I am just about to set up a bench test of an Ion-30R with an Eaton IP camera.
Thanks for post but OP hasn't been back to the site since 17th February and as not a regular is unlikely to do so.

I always wondered, back in the 70s when we harmonised flex, was that to make all colours the same as the emerging EC/EU, to eventually allow electrical goods to be sold anywhere, or was it as much
to differentiate between flex and fixed building wiring?
Black and Brown are L2 and L1, but should be marked the same colour if actually the same phase.
Grey is L3 or N with a blue sleeve or marker.
using Black as N is 'discouraged'.
That's right isn't it?
That's not actually such a bad idea to monitor communal sockets. Er, but not wored like like monstrosity obvs.
Then again there was a whole court case about that in Scotland (using communal socket for tuble dryer) and the tenant won.
