  2. No I split to trade, but, of course you can't have a post in two places at once...
  3. Make a cheque payable for £100 to @al-yeti and he'll see what he can do... But seriously, no idea. A bit of a stumbling block if you were sold your kit on ebay etc... PJ will know, I imagine.
  4. Has @cybergibbons ever had a poke around there, link to the first site looks very primitive (not that that's a sign of security, of course) Sorry can't help you OP but I'm sure someone who fits / hacks Risco will be along soon...
  5. Which is why I added that. Always turn this sort of 'opportunity' down myself anyway.
  6. Too right, that Siemens tat is going straight in the bin where it belongs. I might even ask the local handyman to come over and do it for me!
  7. Pleaseing red cross design remind you of comfort and be safe in home
  8. But joking aside, why not quote a silly price and no warranty? You never know, although I suppose the risk is it's so shit it doesn't actually work in the first instance, and then it does get tricky to demand payment. OK, as you were then
  9. Yep also possible
  10. Ok have highlighted it in the relevant admin section (you wont see it but I have done it!)
  11. Oh right, maybe I can look into this for you...
  12. £50 an hour, allow 8, no warranty, go for it... p.s how come you haven't applied for Trade membership them Jim? Easy enough to do.
  13. No, he was right first time
  14. But if the outside siren carried on this suggests a fuse blown. The outside siren would probably still be going off now, were it not for it's inbuilt timer. Do you have any PIRs (motion sensors)? Did they show a red light when you walked past them before, and if so do they still do that now?
  15. Possibly too late with the battery and the charger has overheated and failed. Are the fuses all OK? I assume it 'went off' when unset, just internally or outside bell. And when you say it 'took ages to turn off' did the code work for inside but the outside bell carried on for say, 20 minutes? To be honest ancient panel for the bin IMHO
  16. I guess you are being sarcastic, but remember this isn't just 'faults', anything you state on the 'case' will be taken as red, so if you don't want something half a year later you literally have to type 'does not work' with nil proof and in the majority of cases, ebay even print you a free, tracked returns label that's charged directly to the buyer. Good innit?
  17. See, it's ok this time. Its bloody annoying. But back to this fight thing, it's nearly Children In Need / Red Nose Day / ITV Telethon comeback special, so how about a LIVE pay-per-view punchup? I'd happily weigh in with £1.50 to start us off?
  18. They would automatically, for any reason, without hesitation, but only if it were within 180 days. After that it will be impossible to open an automatic 'case' but instead encourage you to 'email the seller'.
  19. 18 months ago, yes I think I'd probably not be sending a replacement!
  20. agree, its probably an eBay special like the Ventcroft dummy based 'Chubbs' on there for £10
  21. Southall I thought?
