From my position, it is insurers accepting it that is the big issue as that is the main reason people bought our products in the first place, because their insurance company told them to. If they no longer are insisting on our services as a condition of cover, why would the end user be keen to not save as much as they possibly can? Is there a risk that more companies will move to this unregulated, less costly approach?
