  1. I think that just from time to time it does not pick up that the door sensor is not all ways picking up that you are opening the front door, I have had this happen to a system, This only happen a few times, changed the sensor and fixed the problem
  2. Can you post a pic of the zone conections on the panel end, ??

    Hello

    Hi and welcome,
  6. Showed my other half and she dont recall seeing one like this and said to ring the police force for the area you got caught in before sending info accross.
  7. I just showed the photo to my wife, She works for a large company with over 700 company cars on her books, and she don't recall a speeding letter looking like this and she has just had her very own, They send a letter first to the registared keeped who has a duty to reply with the drivers detail's ( keeper might be a company or private who is named on the log book V5) then once the driver is established he or she then gets further details of there major crime There should be a covering letter from the force who caught you doing this huge crime, Once they know who the driver is he maybe offered to do a speed awareness course to avoid points and thats about 100 pounds, As others have said you have to reply in the time limit.

    Fire at clandon park

As part of the investigation the building’s fire alarm panel information was accessed and the timing and location of activated smoke detectors show that prior to the arrival of the fire service smoke had travelled to the roof space. Ok good point it does not say the first activated

You engineer read the report like in the film short circuit It said that the roof space sensor was the first activation, Maybe i am very sad reading it that well, I am over your way tommorow in bristol,
  12. Did you install the panel, If not speak with your alarm company. Have you changed anything I.e unplugged a ethernet cable, change broadband modem, phone line fault, but with out knowing how it signals the alarm, some of this is just guess work,

Did you guys like the report I found it interesting, Didn't find any pics of the fire alarm so not sure where they got the info from, unless that was from who ever checked the fire panel when it was first activated.

Thats called a bad day in the office,
  15. You would have thought being a large brand store that false alarms would have been managed better, ( This is not a dig at the alarm install company who may not even know this is happening yet) Here's where i find the alarm company are on here Maybe the reset after a alarm needs to be moved to a higher level and key holder training.
  16. I know people have discussed fire and stuff on here, A friend of mine who was a fireman on scene that day of the clandon park fire thought i might like to look at the report as we have talked about how they work out the cause of a fire, I also thought some of you guys may like some light bed time reading and there is photos at the end, http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/people-and-community/surrey-fire-and-rescue/surrey-fire-and-rescue-services-fire-investigation-report-clandon-park

    Hello

    Hi and welcome
  18. The alarm panel should show what is setting it off, the Leds show the cause, like tamper led on shows a tamper fault which would need to be checked to see which circuit is causing the fault, This could be any circuit(zone), outside siren, keypad, control panel, damaged cable, A faulty battery can cause some random faults so in a word yes but not always,
  19. keep going we need all 6????? To test it correctly you would need a battery tester and they are over £200 But what people are hoping you can tell them is the zone that triggered it is always the same zone or not, The reason people try or suspect battery first is it can cause random alarms, But sometimes it's just as easy to get a company to check it, Can you see the last things that triggered it using the event log???
  20. Not yet, but I make a good cup of tea, Phone customer on route gives them chance to pop the kettle on
  21. I like your plan,
  22. Doesn't the day light on the new ones go out after 30secs or so?
  23. I think they did listern I have just read all that info on the link and my head hurts, But the upshot is they have taken what you said and made a move to electroic, All you As for your waste, it's a tough one as I never trust anyone and always shread and burn old paper work, My question is what do they do with it once they have shreaded it,
  24. This is true peter, but look at the picture its a outdated system, Its now a yale 2016 not the old 2000 HA HA HA HA
