I don't know, ADT bell boxes were made by Scantronic, or at least the bell modules, I think? Chubb, with the Delta range of bell boxes , have been made by lots of different companies... I don't know

I thought it could have been Elmdene, like ADT and Chubb boxes

Who makes the bell boxes for Banham and the companies owned by Banham, like TARA Alarms and Capstan?

As a few of you know I'm in the process of upgrading our home alarm system and I think I'll start with the bell box. Is the ADE Reson8 a good replacement for a 21 year old Risco Novagard 4 alarm. I know that the bell box electronics aren't protected very well so I would make some sort of cover for the circuit board to protect it from the weather. But overall is it a good bell box or should I go with Ventcroft? (I'm trying to do this as cheaply as possible)

Yes, I thought they worked perfectly. The only reason I can think of is the relay inside is reaching the end of it's working life. Apart from that and the fact they have gone yellow I can't see why they need changing. Is the ADE Activ8 any good?

Yea, I know. Relay inside of it is very loud. You hear it click
