Reset Alarm After Inadvertently Setting Off

Ok thanks does anyone know. Of an engineer in our area ws7 9ee -
Last night we went to switch light on the landing and set off alarm which is a optima compact showing 8 zones. We tried to reset by putting in our code which stopped the alarm bell but now we can't rest as dos lights keep flashing and green light is on the lock symbol How can we set the alarm again please
