    Can't see how that would have any effect on an rf device battery. What are you classing as good batteries? I don't know the Eaton stuff I presume it's using lithium?

    assuming they are decent batteries (i dont know what your calling good ones) then you may have a device issue.

    I'd say local only stuff will be a future but not yet most people want stuff to work without worrying or thinking about anything else. Once their systems they don't care about show when they are out, not close to home and giving pattens to their movement that will change.

    Agree with 6 above. Regarding cams use ones that dont have a cloud etc access. It's amazing that all the Internet reviews only use consumer crap not real pro stuff. I need to start selling anything then add a pro to the name. I'd be cautious of hik and Duhua without limiting it's access tbh. There is a open source firmware project for cams that you can reflash

    Don't use texecom but I do use home assistant I'd look at that because you can do mqtt with texecom. I doubt its official but should be from most imo

    Also you sure that's tbe right product code. I've had a quick look and it isn't a replacement code looks like a lid code?

    Assuming it might be external interferne have you tried excluding that with a masking value? Whats the risk I'm assuming high if grade 3 contact

    Yes i Raised it many years ago but there was no demand. To be fair its a bit like restricted keys etc there are ways to do it but they are costly. To me adding a wiegand interface would be be the best option

    You need a locked reader etc. Be nive if a manufact gave us reader inputs etc

    I'd go with brum due to the 'bulletproof' glass. Either needed or hoped for. I still say it isn't bulletproof Don't need glass break detectors for that I do hope the op and chubb sort it out though hopefully without double knock on any circuit
