  1. @TowerRNLI You just did ;)

  2. bellbox chasing i doubt its a money making idea just getting bells out there. Makes no odds imo
  3. i would guess the panel isn't happy as its seen no alarms from the devices ever?
  4. lol yeah he was at last sss meet, gave an informative bit on rf. Most i didn't understand but he does know his stuff
  5. out of interest does the prem support more than 2 rf keypads. I say cos i only know the HKC wireless and that is a limitation
  6. Is it just the wf keypads that are the issue?
  7. no, id rather it stayed
  8. dont use the gear but Adrian frequents im sure he can help, he does however avoid the public area id start again in the trade texe area mate
  9. I would assume you have movement sensors?
  10. user:pass@IPADDRESS
  11. presumably there are contacts on these patio doors? If zone 4 is staying lit for whatever reason zone 4 is in alarm.
  12. you could use their diagram or use dp. best to not but u do have existing cabling to work with
  13. and even if it is there are loafs of different versions of onvif. Does ur NVR allow manual rtsp entry?
  14. @plumbcenterUK Prizes eh? Oh course, we always meant to follow you!

  15. no afaik only the galaxy supports eol like that also the area mismatch iirc means you have things in areas but no keypad assigned etc
  16. it is 2 way but as with all things all 2 way isn't equal. OP the hkc 2 way rf works like wired but there are delays on the Honeywell 2 way. Auto reset iirc is for pirs etc and not to be used on contacts
  17. TSI FIRE SALE - EVERYTHING MUST GO AT HALF PRICE! https://t.co/JzV1uMUKCo

  18. you did but its still a bodge isn't it?
  19. id agree but i see the stats of proper comms and polling is the only way to prove the path is reliable. In the old days we said x amount of forward signal strength means high probability we all know now that means nothing
  20. I had excellent test results with the old siemens sensors but as i said go for shocks and contacts till the tech improves. no-one can expect a cheap sensor to tell the difference between a dog and a person. Most of them just use a thicker lens to hide the ir Labrador i dont have a lab lol
  21. bosch in a tough environment i use HKC with pet lens with a lab@ home but that was a test id never recommend movement sensors with pets apart from fish. But all 'pet' sensors are a compromise you should go for perimeter protection.
  22. I hate tbar aerials, i like the stubby that Webway offer as a premium over the hateful (imo) tbar but as above often a high gain will also receive more noise too and then loose the good signal in cable losses
  23. Only a Complete Retard would recommend Pet Pyronix sensors in an environment.
  24. its a valid point re routers being changed. It's definitely a chargeable call.
  25. Its not a keypad its just in a keypad housing
