id look into proper signalling so you can have all the detail you want (sia3+), id sia 4 or apps you get control too. IMHO text and voice are awful as a security product

out of interest does the prem support more than 2 rf keypads. I say cos i only know the HKC wireless and that is a limitation

presumably there are contacts on these patio doors? If zone 4 is staying lit for whatever reason zone 4 is in alarm.
